Portfolio
Here are a few samples of some of the work that Mega Micro Consulting has performed. This is not an exhaustive list but just a sampling. If you would like more examples, please Contact Us.
E-commerce site that sells custom rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and gifts. The site is built on the X-Cart e-commerce package.
Custom PHP programming enhances the X-Cart functionality.
Built using the Joomla platform, this information portal is actually two templates in one. The home page features a series of rollover buttons (tickets in this case) which takes you to the main site.
The site content is easily maintained in the backend by the customer while allowing all the custom features to maintain their functionality. The majority of the functionality comes from the manipulating the menu system with a series of modules.
No custom PHP programming was necessary in order to deliver this system. Everything was built using the Joomla platform along with some HTML and CSS files.
The customer needed a make-over for their Contact Us page. They wanted a Google Maps interface along with step-by-step directions to their office from various directions.
The goal was to build a page that integrated into their existing website while also making it feel like it was always there. Using the existing design as a starting point, created the new graphics and integrated the new pages and Google Maps code into the page while creating new pages for all the directions.
Not a complex site but the customer wanted this added feature (before all they had was a link to an email address when Contact Us was clicked). Used HTML and CSS with a bit of Javascript for the map integration.
This is a one page website that a customer needed up and running in one day. They needed a quick registration web page. Nothing fancy - just a simple form to fill out and submit.
The form was written with HTML and CSS along with the use of a PHP script that handles the gathering of the form data, generating the email, and sending the data to the customer.
Although originally written as a one-time web page, they liked it so much, they use it for all of their simple meeting registrations.
